Ralph Wiggims is a mentally challenged boy on the hit Fox TV show, The Simpsons. He is known for his remarks to his teacher, Ms. Hoover. Some of them are, "Ms. Hoover, I ate my red crayon." and the ever so popular, "My cats name is Mittens". If you don't like Ralph Wiggims, then consider yourself in bad taste.
